HOËRSKOOL DINAMIKA: Ruben Roux.

THE community’s public high schools released their class of 2018 matric results on the morning of January 4. The RECORD’s journalists visited each school and asked a few graduates to share how they felt about their results and what their future plans are.

Ruben Roux said: “I am relatively satisfied with my results. I’m not really sure what I want to do after matric. It’s a big decision. That is why I’ll be taking a gap year to decide what’s best for me.”

Antoinette Bezuidenhout said: “I am satisfied with my results, but I would have liked to have better results for maths. Depending on whether my grades are good enough, I hope to study zoology at the University of Potchefstroom. Otherwise, I’ll study a combined course of environmental studies, geography and psychology.”
